blogs

i wonder if the whole world and culture of blogging about whatever and everything else about one’s life has replaced actually taking time and knowing someone… sometimes im thankful for a blog becuase i can be ‘instantly’ updated about a friend a million miles away .. but on the  other hand, i become lazy and not pick up the phone to call and actually speak to the person and ‘catch up’… hmm… how much can u know about someone from their blog?

are they the same people on their blog as they are in real life? if not, then do blogs bring out the ‘schizos’ in us?
